Job Description
HiringDNA is urgently looking for Data Entry Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting and re-typing information from PDFs and incomplete books into MS Word documents accurately and efficiently. Your primary tasks will include transcribing and formatting text to ensure it matches the original documents with great attention to detail.
- Convert and re-type text from PDFs and incomplete books into MS Word documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Review and correct errors in data entries.
- Format documents to match the original layout and design.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Meet daily data entry targets.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other data entry software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20, which is the standard rate in our country.
- You are expected to type at least 2 A4 pages per hour.
- We pay $10 per completed A4 page, so meeting the target of 2 pages per hour ensures an hourly earning of $20.
We provide projects to be completed within a certain date and you must manage your time and complete the project before that day.
