 Clients will be required to provide relevant information, including the reason for the refund request and proof of purchase.

Once a refund request is received, we will assess its eligibility based on our refund policy.

 We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 days.

 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
