Terms and Conditions
By engaging with HiringDNA for data entry services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement governs the relationship between HiringDNA and the client regarding the provision of data entry services.
HiringDNA will provide data entry services as agreed upon with the client. This may include but is not limited to: entering data into databases, spreadsheets, or other software systems, data validation and verification, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
The client agrees to provide all necessary information and access required for HiringDNA to perform the data entry services effectively. This includes providing access to relevant databases, documents, and any additional instructions or specifications.
HiringDNA is committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of all client data. We will implement appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of data. All client information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be accessed by authorized personnel involved in the provision of services.
HiringDNA will strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data entry services provided. However, the client acknowledges that occasional errors or discrepancies may occur, and HiringDNA cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Any errors or discrepancies discovered by the client will be promptly addressed and corrected by HiringDNA at no additional cost.
The client retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the data provided for data entry services. HiringDNA does not claim any ownership rights to the client’s data.
Payment for data entry services will be made according to the terms agreed upon between HiringDNA and the client. Payment terms, including rates and billing frequency, will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the client.
Either party may terminate the data entry services agreement with prior written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered by HiringDNA will be payable by the client.
HiringDNA shall not be liable to the client for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the provision of data entry services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
